Australia C-Tick Certification

C-Tick Certification was Australia's electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) compliance mark for electronic and electrical products. While C-Tick has been superseded by the RCM (Regulatory Compliance Mark), it remains an important part of Australia's EMC regulatory history. The C-Tick mark indicated that a product complied with applicable EMC standards and did not cause harmful electromagnetic interference to other equipment.

C-Tick compliance required adherence to relevant AS/NZS EMC standards, including AS/NZS CISPR standards for radio disturbance, AS/NZS 1044 for harmonic emissions, and other applicable EMC technical standards. Products had to demonstrate compliance through testing or technical construction file assessment.
